The independent side of the comics industry woke up to some great news over the past week, a chance of a lifetime to work with the one and only Mark Millar. But first lets take you back to some notable collaborations that Mark Millar has done. Recently he released “Kick Ass” which now is a major motion picture with Romita JR. Prior to that his critically acclaimed “Wanted” series with JG Jones was a major motion picture and now he’s about to release Nemesis with Steve Mcniven.

You can be the next artist to work with Mark Millar, that’s right you that small press creator. How you enter you ask? Well, Mark would like to review your work.

Here’s is an excerpt on what he needs and what he’s looking for:

I’m not saying who this is for, but it’s creator-owned and I’m looking for someone who hasn’t appeared at either Marvel or DC before. The more unusual the better in the sense that I want something a little different here.

I might be able to use a couple of people here and have pegged that Curtis Tiegs dude as someone I really want to work with if he’s amenable. More on this later, but if you’re anime, painterly, non-sequential, cartoony or just a traditional superhero artist please post a sample below. Fame and fortune awaits.
